Project Overview:

To install all electrical services to this new build sheltered accommodation scheme containing 75 No self contained 1 – 2 bedroomed apartments for the over 55s developed and or/adapted to provide 24 hour case cover on site providing privacy and independence for residents with the security and confidence of having care support close at hand day or night.

As well as the accommodation facilities on site include, restaurant, bar, cafeteria, hair salon, treatment room, activity area, laundrette and communal lounges.
