Project Overview:
Hoults Yard was developed for Mailings Pottery in the 1870’s on the edge of Ouseburn. The development of the property as a multi-use & multi business centre came with a number of challenges due to the construction of the building.
We were tasked with designing an installation that would give the building a modern look while still retaining its industrial heritage.
The photographs clearly show that the initial criteria was achieved and the building is now a dynamic business village which houses over 70 companies.
